3. Financial and Investment Communication Prohibition

4. Intellectual Property & Digital Asset Protection

The creation, distribution, or amplification of deepfake content, AI-generated imagery, or synthetic media attempting to impersonate WINZ LAND, its executives, or its affiliates without explicit written authorization is strictly prohibited.

WINZ LAND reserves the sovereign right to aggressively pursue legal remedies against any individual or entity involved in deceptive digital content creation utilizing our brand identity, likeness, or institutional assets.

6. Addressing Misconduct & Platform Moderation

Cyberbullying & Harassment: WINZ LAND enforces a zero-tolerance policy regarding digital harassment or trolling. Offending accounts will be permanently blocked and reported to platform administrators.

Fake Profiles: WINZ LAND does not operate duplicate or "unofficial" accounts. Official channels are solely verifiable via our corporate website. Report any impersonating profiles immediately.

Moderation Authority: WINZ LAND reserves the absolute right to monitor, restrict, or remove any content or user that violates these guidelines without prior notice. Severe or repeated violations may result in the involvement of relevant legal and regulatory authorities.
